I guess you could say that I've been a member of the Chan Chiropractic family ever since I married Dr. Aaron in April 2000! Chiropractic care was not something I grew up with and was so pleased to find relief from regular headaches, even migraines and constant scoliosis pains that I had suffered with throughout my life! I grew up in Tempe, AZ and met Dr. Aaron as freshmen at BYU in 1994. Five years later, after we had both served missions for our church outside the country and gone many different ways, we reconnected and "the rest is history"! I received my bachelor's degree in Marriage, Family & Human Development in 2000 from BYU and then we moved to CA where Dr. Aaron finished his chiropractic studies. We have 3 wonderful sons who are our pride and joy. Ages 16-20, they are independent and need me less at home, so I decided to officially join the Chan Chiropractic & Massage team in May 2021. What started out as just "helping out" while we had some staff on vacation has turned into a permanent situation! I found that I really love welcoming and interacting with our loyal patients at the front desk and getting to know them like family! I've also enjoyed moving more towards the back office to work in billing and insurance. You could say that I'm a jack of all trades in the office! Additionally, I took on the role as office manager and love to implement ways for our staff to feel heard and appreciated. We hope everyone who walks through our doors feels like they are part of the family!
I joined Chan Chiropractic and Massage at the beginning of 2020, and am happy to be working with our staff and doing my part to help patients at the front desk. I grew up in Kennewick with my parents and three siblings. After I graduated from high school, I attended BYU-Idaho and lived in Rexburg for about four years. I was interested in learning about sociology, and after I left school I spent two months serving as a volunteer in Sri Lanka with the wonderful people there. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outside, reading, watching movies and being with my family and friends.
I have been in the Tri-Cities since late Sept 2018, having moved here with my Husband (Glenn) from Central Oregon. We came here to explore this region and spend time with my father and my husband's parents.
I love anything outdoors, from hiking, snow-shoeing, archery, and horseback riding. Recently I have taken up dancing, ballroom to be specific, and maybe some tap to keep it challenging! It has become my new passion. I hope to become very competent as I wish to become a serious performer.
Travel and adventure are other interests high up on my list. I feel qualified as an experienced tourist as I have tripped around many countries. My last trip was by jeep and camel-back across the Wadi Rum. I am looking forward to my next voyage to anywhere, really!
I joined Chan Chiropractic & Massage in November 2021. I love working with this team. They appreciate their patients and work hard to help everyone be as healthy as they can be! I enjoy being at the front desk and interacting with our lovely patients daily. Please stop in and see us!
I recently joined the team here at Chan Chiropractic and Massage. Originally from the Hood River, Oregon area, I moved here 16 years ago, when I met my husband, Shaun. When I'm not adventuring with my son Kaden, I'm cheering on my daughter Keira during one of her basketball or volleyball games. Growing up in the pacific northwest has given me a passion for the outdoors, making me an avid paddleboarder, mountain biker, and mountaineer.
