I graduated from Tri-City School of Massage in April of 2011.
I have always had a desire to learn how our complex bodies work and a passion for helping others, so becoming a massage therapist was an easy decision for me.
All of my massage sessions are tailored to meet each patient’s individual needs. I have knowledge in several different massage techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, gentle stretching, hydrotherapy, acupressure, pre/post natal and sports massage.
I have helped in treating many different conditions such as scoliosis, carpal tunnel syndrome, TMJ, repetitive motion injuries, chronic headaches, infertility, stress and depression. Also, whiplash and other motor vehicle injuries that cause chronic pain.
Whether helping somebody manage pain or just achieving much needed relaxation, I love my job!
Outside of massage I enjoy fitness, nutrition, music, traveling and doing anything outdoors.
